After reading so many articles about Neil George Refresh Dry Shampoo - I am addicted and I haven't even found it yet!!!! They had me at the name Neil George - then Lime Scented sealed the deal!! It was due to be released in November but there must be a delay as it is not appearing anywhere yet. Keep your eyes open for this -- as it sounds like a real winner!!!! Neil George has never disappointed me so I doubt he will with his Refresh Dry Shampoo.
