The Vogue Beauty Team has been waiting for Kerastase's Chronologiste for a year now and today, finally, Melissa, the brand's fabulous PR, brought it in to show us. It's a hair mask, but not as you know it. Here you see her mixing together the two elements, a velvety cream and a suspension of nutrient pearls, named, rather decadently as Mimetic Caviar. We haven't tried it yet (that's our evening's entertainment sorted, then) but we are looking forward to the promised transformation: softer, more resilient, shinier and easier to blow-dry hair. What more could a girl want?
Set to debut in select Kérastase Consultant Salons in March, Chronologiste is a deep and decadent nourishing treatment made of sea-enriched caviar pearls that a stylist then mixes with a velvety hydrating base of ceramides and Vitamin E. Expect regenerated locks and UV anti-oxidant protection – and expect a hefty price tag; $60 for an in-salon treatment and $145 if you buy the at-home version
Makeup Addict says I really don't know much about this Kerastase Chronologiste which is said to be released in March and another site says April -- but I know it is Kerastase and that is all I need to know. Kerastase has been like a fairy godmother to my hair so that I am interested in anything they develop and this sounds pretty new and exciting. Hopefully, more information on the product and its availability will soon be available as it is definitely of interest!!
