Fruit-Rich and Fresh
Royal but never imposing, CREED Aventus is made with ingredients hand-selected worldwide by Erwin CREED, the seventh generation of CREED and its future head. Essences he chose were shipped to CREED's workshop in France, where father and son created the blend using hand production methods instituted at the founding of CREED in 1760. The result: a fragrance of stature and conquest.

Top notes: Finest black currant, Italian bergamot, Calville Blanc apples, and a burst of royal pineapple.

Middle notes: Exquisite roses with a complement of dry birch, Moroccan jasmine plus a hint of patchouli.

Base notes: Musk with a touch of oak moss for depth, then ambergris and a dab of vanilla.

If during your Hamptons revelry this spring you somehow break the 25 mile per hour Southampton speed limit, you may detect a refined Parisian aroma wafting from the local police.

That's because the CREED fragrance company , to celebrate its first spring in the Hamptons (at Saks Fifth Avenue in Southampton), has sent bottles of its superb blends -- including Royal Water, Original Santal and Virgin Island Water -- to the Southampton Village Police Department as a gesture of greeting to those whose selfless sacrifice keeps the community safe.  

Bottles of fragrances from the 250 year-old CREED fragrance dynasty have been sent to the police chief and his top three officers.  CREED sent a supply of Silver Mountain Water samples to the rest of the force.  All of the fragrances are expected to arrive today.
