I have towels and they are fine, they dry my body, but have never made me want to envelope myself within, the Gazel line is amazing.. The towel I received is dense yet light and durable but extremely soft.. it's a spa like experience every time I use.. I have been using on a daily basis since the day I received and let me tell you something, it doesn't matter if I dryer dry or hang dry.. It's supple and soft, that is the best way to describe! I have the cocoa color too, it's neutral and bold.. My bathroom is white and it pops on the towel bar.. The Gazel line might be expensive but my motto is, you get what you pay for... these are rich and luxurious, they are different than anything I have in my house.. I am trying to think how long they last and I can't answer that but I can tell you that I do replace, probably every couple of years.. These are made to last, I know you are thinking - you've only been using for a short time, well, they have great weight, feel dense and are built to last. I have washed a few times and they hold up, not a single pull! The Hand towel is amazing to use on my face, it's so soft and really works well as an added little exfoliation! I also love that they are an organic company! We are all looking for ways to be come eco-conscious and even as little as switching a towel will help in the big picture! You will not be disappointed!!
