Miss Style Apothecary says... Ok this balm dropped on my door in the nick of time.. OMG, I have been wearing long-wearing super dark lipstick for ummm about the past 2 months, I wasn't having a problem until the weather started to get cold and air became super dry, which totally dried out my lippies.. I don't like the look or feel of dry lips, BLAH! I am telling you, I NEEDED some help.. I have been using FixMySkin's balm for over a week.. I apply in the AM & PM.. WOW, what a difference in the short time I have been using.. I am still rocking the dark lippies during the day.. This balm is a little heavier than others I have used.. It doesn't feel heavy but it does feel like it completely coats and nourishes my lips. It feels very smooth and doesn't slip around at all, it stays on the pout without sliding off. It does have a little bit of a bitter taste, I assume this is from the hydrocortisone.. I am not one to lick my lips so it doesn't bother me at all and it does have a nice light vanilla scent exactly like their body balm, that yummy sugar cookie vanilla..

Since using my lips don't feel sensitive or irritated.. I also have noticed that the little bits that were starting to peel are healed and smooth - HUGE plus for me.. I can continue to put my lips through hell during the day and enjoy the repairing qualities of the this balm at night and in the AM @ the gym, this is well worth the $8, don't be fooled by other balms that claim to heal, this is the real deal!! I will re-buy in a heartbeat!
