Makeup Addict believes the person(s) who developed Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara is truly a genius.  I say let's give this developer his/her own star and handprints on Hollywood Blvd -- or better yet --   a star and his/hers imprint of their lashes in cement!!   I hate getting mascara on the skin under my eyes - yet, it never fails.  I always look like a panda until I clean up the lower mascara.  This will make finishing my eyes up so much easier.  Surprisingly, Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara is very reasonably priced.  It is about time some one came up with this brilliant idea!!  I know I will be in line to pick up as soon as it is available!!
