Makeup Addict is not really sure if this is a new product.  However, I saw a similar product used on David Tutero's Wedding show.  He had a bride with a tatoo across her upper chest.  It was going to show as it was over the strapless gown she was wearing.  He said he wanted to cover it for the wedding and -- it was no longer visible.  I just finished a skin-care tip in Instyle Makeover and it happened to be how to cover a tatoo for a wedding, etc.  Something like this is a great option.
