I have had this serum for over a week and I pretty much need to shave every other day and since it's wintertime right now my skin is drier than usual so shaving it always a daunting task. My legs end up with red bumps and looks ashy because they are flaky so they look like I have chicken pocks.. I also have the same problem under my arms, not pretty! So I have been making sure to apply Serious Serum after shaving and I only use a little the serum spreads and absorbs in very quickly and leaves my skin feels smooth and ultra soft. I swear by the time I am done applying I can start applying body lotion. When I first apply - my legs are all flared up from shaving then after an hour or two I can see a dramatic difference. I feel like the longer I use the better it gets. My skin is much smoother and isn't flaky. I swear the blend of all of the acids help exfoliate and hydrate my skin.  I love it, there is no down time and my legs and underarms are looking so much better! It's also become much easier and less painful to shave.

I also want to mention that I am also using the Serum on my face too. I am a waxer so it's a hit or miss on if I am going to get an ingrown or not.. I just know that since using I haven't. I dab on my lip area and brows and again no flaking.. If you are a waxer then you know what happens if the wax is a little too warm for your skin, it ends up looking really red and then in a day or two peeling, not attractive at all. METSV says:  I am seriously loving this serious serum.  It sounds like Denise and I suffer from alot of the same headaches when it comes to our skin.  The worst for me is the KP I have on my upper legs - always looks like I have the goose bumps.  I have tried every remedy, recipe, cream, etc. to reduce the bumps, but nothing has really touched it.   I really don't think my eyes are deceiving me  - after nearly two solid weeks of using the serum, I find I'm stressing about it less, because it looks like it's improving; the red bumps are not as pronounced and the skin on my upper legs feels smoother - not only that, but the ingrown hairs that I ALWAYS get on the backs of my legs (for as long as I've been shaving) appear to be lessening as well.  My legs are my biggest issue, so that's where I have been concentrating the serum on, and I gotta say, in this short amount of time, I am so excited to see somthing actually working where nothing else really had.    The only time my legs would look fairly decent was in the summer b/c for some reason, the KP goes away when I have a tan...now with this Serious Serum, maybe I can look forward to just having legs that look normal - even without a tan!  I really think it's the combo of the great exfoliating ingredients that are just going to town to help my legs.   I'm letting my daughter borrow this as she has the bumps on the under side of her upper arms - I already think she's seeing positive results as well, she tells me that they feel smoother and she's less embarassed.   So, yes, this is a Serious Serum... a seriously great one and one of the best in this category.   Excellent product.

Luckily, this product helps with the unpleasantness that both can sometimes bring.  This product can be used for both guys and girls, so you can share!  This product also helps with skin irritation.  After I shave (sometimes in a hurry & without water…eekk!) my legs turn red and really itchy. I have to say, this product definitely helped with that problem. I noticed results after the first time I applied, and really enjoyed it. I also had a positive experience with this product after waxing, like Denise. I get my eyebrows waxes and I have very very sensitive skin on my face. I am always embarrassed to go out in public after I get them waxed because my eye area is sooo red! As soon as I applied this product, the affected areas just felt so much more refreshed and relaxed… and the redness did not last as nearly as long as with this product.  This product can be used as a facial exfoliate as well, which is a great combination for a guy.  I have tried this product underneath my night cream (as suggested) and saw great results too! What I enjoyed most about this serum is that it really worked well smoothing my calluses and rough skin spots, especially on the palms on my hands and elbows.  It was also very refreshing when applied with little to no scent. Personally, I really don’t receive too many ingrown hairs, so I use this product mostly for the red irritation that I often receive.  But, I have to say… This is an all around, great product!
