A lash enhancer for the new millennium. What it does: A new and improved formulation of Talika Lipocils® that offers 3 actions in 1 product: the appearance of longer and thicker eyelashes, color darkening, and curling. The new unique dual applicator was developed for easier use. The soft tip is used for application to the eyelids to penetrate at the root of the lashes and the brush applicator is used for conditioning the lashes. METSV says:  I waited just about a month to put my review to paper....that's because for whatever reason, my lashes are reluctant to respond to all of the wonderful lash enhancers out there.  I shouldn't be surprised - my hair is the same way!  Doesn't hold a curl, grows slow, etc....  However, I'd like to say that the consistant use of Talika Expert has rewarded me with some lovely results - healthier, lusher looking lashes.   It's funny b/c I did notice this the first time when I had mascara on and I actually picked up my favorite big fatty orange tube of mascara and looked at it to see if it said "new and improved" on it - but then it dawned on me that maybe, just maybe, I was having results.   I would say for me, the most significant thing I've seen is the almost complete disappearance of lash shedding.  I'm usually always seeing little lashes on my cheeks, but I really haven't noticed that lately.  I feel like the fuller lashes have given my eyes a more youthful appearance too.  Very happy about that.  Of yet, I haven't seen a change in color (my lashes are dark brown), and I haven't seen a marked improvement in how my lashes curl - but again, maybe it's just my late to the party hair follicles!  At this point, I'm willing to wait until the bottle is gone to see if the curl and color improve as well.  The little brush and doe foot applicator make applying a breeze, I keep it by my bed at night with a little handheld mirror and it's the last thing I do before shutting the light out.   Leave it to Talika to one-up themselves in the treatment for eyelashes!   I can see this product really delaying my desire to get a prescription for a lash growth product.   I'm a fan!
