Miss Style Apothecary says, when this came in the mail, I was thinking hallelujah, the winter is beating my skin UP, it is so dry that I notice my legs are even getting itchy.. I can't stand it.. I don't want dry flaky skin it is just GROSS.. I also have to say, shaving makes it worse too.. So LUCKILY, I got this, BECAUSE I NEED IT.. So I jump into the shower, leaving the water OFF.. I smooth over my skin and begin exfoliating, I don't have to use much pressure the scrub does it job and feels amazing.. It doesn't tear up my skin at all, it feels amazing almost numbing it's so good. The scrub is encapsulated within oil so it makes exfoliating comfortable on dry skin.. The scent is the MOST scrumptious, it's almost like an almond, it reminds me of marzipan.. It's a creamy rich almost vanilla almond so the scent is so delicious that I seriously want to put my fingers in my mouth but I am sane so I don't..
Once I have gone over all of the areas, I seriously will go back over my trouble spots, knees, ankles, elbows, hands and just give them a little more exfoliation.. The next step is rinsing, what is nice is that I have done everything in the shower so it all rinses away, I feel all of the sugary goodness melt away and it leaves my skin UBER silky, soft and smooth.. I LOVE this stuff, it is transforming after the first use but after 3 uses well, dry skin is something of the past.. My skin is hydrated, moisturized and the flakiness is something of the past.. I really can't survive without this scrub, it is a savior and what will be great is when the weather changes I will get able to get my skin ready for showing MORE skin..
