Bennyboy says.. I have had this for a long time and need to share my thoughts.. I have always used shaving creams or gels so this was a nice departure from my norm.. I have a thick beard so I wasn't sure how shaving oil would work for me. So the directions mention to use only a few drops.. I found that I needed more than a few to get my face lubricated enough to shave on.. When I did get the adequate amount, my razor easily glided over my face and made shaving a breeze, what get did clogged in the razor was easily removed with a little hot water.. This oil doesn't dull or damage my razor any differently than my shaving creams.. This does really soften everything up for shaving and makes my face really soft and smooth when finished.. My razor doesn't drag or nick while using either.. The directions mention that this can be used with a shaving cream too.. I found that for me, this is the best bet and I get the cleanest closest shave this way.. Seriously some oil applied first then a touch of shaving cream and I am good to go.. I get all the moisture I need and the ease and closeness of a great shave.. My skin can be sensitive and this is scented, it's got a light citrus scent, I find it to be pleasant and fresh smelling, no irritation at all.. Also by using with the shaving cream, I am getting a more out of this little bottle, it's great, I highly recommend!
