First of I will tell you about using as a facial scrub... I pour out out and add a little water.. it is a lightly grainy scrub, as One Love describes gentle enough to use daily and I second the motion, it is.. It's very soft on the skin with light exfoliation.. I don't measure the amount I use, I just eyeball what I need.. If I put too much water it in then I just add a little more scrub.. You really don't have to measure unless you want too, it's really up to you, I found Brand New Day to be forgiving... So the scrub is great, it's just enough to shed all the dead cells and keep skin bright and fresh looking. I haven't experienced and redness or sensitive skin at all it's just great..

Ok, not using as a masque, when I whip this up, I add the Brand New Day in a little bowl then add the water to that and mix up.. I use a fan brush to apply so I use the brush end to mix up the masque.. It's so easy to do.. I like it not so thick or not so thin.. I mix it up so that it is easy to apply with a brush so I apply and brush all over down to my neck, it smells amazing too, like a Pina Colada! Also when it's all mixed up there is still some graininess to it.. It's got the consistency of mustard, so it will ooze but only if I apply to thickly.. It's a good gauge for me.. I leave on about 10-15 minutes and instead of just rinsing away, I wet my hands and rub my face, it instantly re-hydrates the masque and allows me to get a little more scrubbing action in.. You have to try to believe how soft and smooth my skin gets. Its so gentle and effective.. If you love using a scrub but hate leaving your skin feeling and looking ragged, this is it! It's great and smells good enough to eat! yum!!
