It's very clear that we as a society wash our hair frequently and if we all skipped a day here and there the amount of water we would save would be huge.. I also just like to give my hair a break - going to the gym really prevents me from skipping but since I don't go to the gym on the weekends this is best time for me to indulge in a little R & R for my hair.. It's like using a hair spray so easy to apply and the results are instant.. I pretty much flip my head upsides down and just spritz here and there.. I get in near the scalp not a direct fire but probably 6 inches away to refresh the roots.. I am telling you my hair feels like it was just blow dried, that fresh light feeling. My hair feels weightless and soft. There are no traces of oiliness and this lasts all day. My hair doesn't fall flat or look limp.. I have fine hair so I even like to use a spritz for a boost bulk up my doo to - it makes it feel like I have more hair and more volume.. I can't recommend Neil George's Dry Shampoo enough..
