cakedoo1 says.... One word? Transforming!!!   I can't believe this oil..  I was nervous as always when using an oil in my hair.  I always worry about my fine hair looking greasy & separating.. This is a dream in a bottle, literally. I am a dryer, ironer & curler!  So you know that my hair is dry and in need of attention.  From the first application my hair responded in a super positive way.  My hair is shoulder length and the ends are razor cut for that thinned out look so obviously they get crisp and the ends split ragged quickly.  OMG, I knew from the first blow dry that this was a different product.  My hair felt smooth and looked so healthy.  My hair doesn't get weighed down at all.  I find that having a straight style that you can really see the condition of my hair.   This oil coats and protects my hair from the routine of my styling.  I don't think I will be able to live without this one!  It has a great scent which is light and not perfumy.   Since using  this, I think my hair is definitely smoother with less fly aways, the color is shiny & bright.   My hair is coated with hair goodness that empowers me to want to do new styles and try some new things, I didn't realize that I could get such bouncy healthy lock!! lilmissashley says...OMG! I absolutely love this product! Oftentimes, my hair becomes greasy and flat when I try out new hair products, but this product is certainly the exception. At first, I was a bit skeptical of applying an oil based product to my hair, but I was truly amazed at the wonders that it did. The product makes my hair so smooth and manageable, it is amazing! As for the application process, I typically dry my hair with a towel first, to get the bulk of the moisture out, and then applied this product. At first, I only used one squirt to make sure it wouldn’t weigh my hair down... and  it didn’t. I have been using this product constantly for a week now and am still amazed at the results. The product’s description states that it helps with frizz as well. I haven’t noticed any less frizz than usual, but my hair isn’t typically that frizzy to begin with. The bottle is so cute too, with a little squirt top for easy application. The product didn’t leave any sticky residue on my hair afterwards either! It smells really great too, somewhat like tanning oil.  Luckily, the scent doesn’t linger too long so you can wear your favorite perfume too! I’d highly suggest this one!!  : )

METSV says:  Let me just jump on the rave band wagon with the ladies above.     Love at first use - all it took was one little squirt and I was hooked.  I double-process and style the heck out of my hair...curling, blow drying, flat ironing...all combine to take the shine and health away.  One application and poof, my hair is back to shiny, healthy, and manageable.  My hair is not thick; I would describe it as "fine" (which would explain why I have to curl it and use extra products to give it body and volume) so at first I thought that the oil would weigh my hair down and cause a greasy look.  Nope.  No need to worry there - my hair was so shiny and soft and it actually styled just fine!  Oh, and I love the scent - like Ashley says above, it does have an almost tanning-oil-like scent which is really nice.   Even as the day went on, my hair didn't separate or become piecy or greasy looking.    At one squirt per use, this bottle (which is very pretty!) will last me quite a long time and that's a good thing, because I've become quite fond of it and have been using it nearly every day.   My finicky doo has been loving all of the Neil George hair products.  Apparently, my hair knows quality when it feels it!

Makeup Addict says -- if you told me that putting oil into my hair would help it -- I would have thought you were crazy!!!  I actually put off trying the Neil George Indian Gooseberry Oil as I was afraid of putting oil into hair that can be oily as it is.  Then, I said -- the heck with it -- I can always wash it out -- even though it may take a few washes to get oil out.  WOW!!!  I now admit that I could not have been more wrong!!!   Who would have thought putting oil into somewhat oily hair would improve everything about the hair???????  Definitely not me -- and I would have missed one of the best hair products on the market.  It is amazing.  I have very, very fine hair which can be oily with no notice at all.  Just one tiny little squirt from the Neil George Indian Gooseberry Oil makes such a difference.  My hair is more improved than when I put a treatment in it for 30 minutes or so.  If anything, it looks less oily than ever and it looks healthier than I can remember it looking.  I abuse it so much that I just get used to the sort of dullish appearance which sometimes takes on a little shine.  Now it is shiney and healthy. . . not healthy-looking -- but healthy!!!  It does not weigh the hair down as I had feared -- it actually seems to give it some lift and bounce.  It feels phenomenal and styles with a lot more ease.  Not only will I continue to use this Neil George Indian Gooseberry Oil but I will now investigate more of Neil George's products!!!  I doubt he can top this -- but I intend to find out.

Susaroo says... WOW!! This product is absolutely amazing. The very 1st time I used the Gooseberry Oil I knew that I had finally found a product that works. I have  been coloring my hair for years and it has taken its toll. My hair was dull & lifeless with no shine at all. I have tried every product on the shelf with no success at all. This product had given my  hair a total transformation. I have thick hair so I used 2 squirts of the oil and then I blow dry and that's it. My hair has not felt or looked this healthy in years. As the girls above stated, it is not perfumy at all but does have a tanning-oil scent which is very nice. This is the best product I have ever used on my hair and cannot wait to try more of Neil George's products. I know I won't be disappointed!!

Allicat says.. I have never used an oil product on my hair so when I saw it, I was thinking hot oil treatment, not leave in and change my hair product. So I started off using it in the shower and rinsing it and asked the other girls about it, I got reprimanded and told the proper way so use, since then I have been seeing the my hair look bouncy and shine like I haven't before. I use a pump a few times a week and my very fine hair has responded very positively, seriously like everyone else was afraid that my hair would be greasy and weighed down, completely not the case, this really makes my hair more manageable, smooth and healthy, a little goes a long way and it's worth the investment! My fine hair feels fuller, almost thicker and so healthy!
