Yes, this can be used all throughout the year but right now, I am wearing globs of sunscreen and although they say oil free, I see get some unwanted shine that needs to be picked up.. Enter Mai Couture blotting papier.. AMAZING, I have used blotting papers but I swear they are nothing more than sheets of tissue paper that is used for gifts cut into small pieces.. Mai's are different from the first sheet that I removed I could tell the texture is so much lighter and softer, they are so soft and delicate on the skin. I have had these little miracles in my life for 2 weeks and been using avidly. I can't think of a more handy product! It immediately changes my skin's appearance, it goes from the shine that isn't dewy or pretty to a nice natural dewy look, a few swipes and voila done! It's been hot and humid here so I have needed a few touch ups a day. I love that I can see what it's removing.. I can use it anywhere and anytime, the cool wallet fits easily into my bag and is small enough for clutches or some wristlets..
