I put it on and left it on a little longer than the recommended 10 minutes. I didn't have irritation but the first time I applied I felt a little tingle but it quickly dissapated. The mask doesn't get cakey or look like the desert when it dries up. Yes, it does give you a tight feeling. I found it to be really easy to remove with a wash cloth and warm water. I quickly apply a night moisturizer to lock in the my fresh skin. I swear that within the first week of use my skin is glowing. It's smooth, soft and feels great. This is quickly becoming a must. All I can say is that this is my second time around with Jan's Age intervention Regeneration mask and the first words that come to mind are "It feels like the first time" I used up all of the first tub in a matter of a month now getting the opportunity to use in the winter when my skin is drier and more vulnerable is perfect, so I can happily report that this works in the summer months and winter for me.. I am sure for you too! Again the first time I used since it had been so long was the slight tingle upon the first application then it faded. I am using 2x a week and it gives my skin an instant boost. I use in the evening. Wash, lightly towel dry and apply with a fan brush a very thin layer is all I need and I do go to my chin and below. This time around after using I did notice my skin was a little more reddish after using, not irritated at all but looked all a flush... The next morning I had a great healthy glow. I also think this mask helps my skin absorb moisture on a deep level too.. My skin has been a little ruddy and off due to the cold dry air.. Since using a new vitality and a slight firmness that wasn't there before! I love it and will continue to use this is a great product to bring skin around and reboost and definitely give a more youthful glow and appearance.. Santa can put this in my stocking any  day!!

Makeup Addict sometimes has problems with a mask -- but not with Jan Marini's Age Intervention Regeneration Mask.  I have found some masks can actually dry my skin out. Jan Marini's does the complete opposite.  .  . it seems to lock in moisture for me.  As it dries on your face - you get some tightening - but not to the point where the mask cracks, etc.  It is a good taut feeling -- like my skin is firming up - which it does feel like when the mask is completed.  Okay, so my skin is glowing afterwards - but then it has been glowing for a while due to Jan Marini's Enlighten. In order to fairly evaluate the mask -- I did stop the Enlighten so I could get true results for the Mask on its own.   I must say I am completely thrilled with Jan Marini's Age Intervention Regeneration Mask -- it definitely works wonders with my skin.  It feels so much better than other masks -- there is just no comparison.  It locks in the moisture as I mentioned before while it seems to tone and firm my skin which has now taken on a fresh new skin appearance.  That fresh new look gives me a very smooth appearance -- any rudiness I might have had is gone.  I have been using it twice a week and it is a blessing in the New England winter -- with the heat blowing in my face, whether in the car or at home.  This helps relieve that dry feeling.  My skin feels and looks more uniform- much less of a puffiness.   The only puffiness I now have is due to the moisture poufing out some of the fine lines, etc.  My skin has a very nice healthy radiance and I need less make up -- which is a very noticeable improvement to me.  I love the fact that it contains  Resveratrol  as there has been so much information released on that recently and every bit of it is positive so I am only too glad to be using it.  It just might be that the Resveratrol is a big part of the improvements I am seeing and feeling.    All I can say is Thank you, Jan Marini-- my skin is in love with Jan Marini's Age Intervention Regeneration Mask.
