This is an amazingly light and refreshing toner.  I use in the am/pm right after cleansing.  I also use after applying a peel, it immediately calms my skin and brings it to a neutral zone.  It's so easy to use, a few spritzes, it dries down very quickly,  then off to the next product.  I do find that it helps with balancing out my skin and helping to lock in moisture.  When I am done with work and going to go out, I spritz right over my makeup and it invigorates my looks and I am ready to go.   It doesn't mess with the finish or dry shiny on my skin.  I also feel that this toner gives my face a nice and taut feeling.  It's very refreshing and smells delicious..
