Gotta Get It ~ tarte bottoms up ~ (Lower Lash Mascara)

By Makeup Addict · September 17, 2009 · 0 Comments ·

Have a whole new reason to celebrate with the first mascara specifically designed to precisely coat each and every bottom lash.  We've paired a long-wearing, flake-free formula with a precision tapered brush that allows you to target the tiniest of lashes and wide-set bristles that separate and evenly coat.  The ergonomic component ensures easy application for perfectly defined bottom lashes.

skinvigorating™ ingredients:

  • mineral pigments: natural, non-irritating colorants
  • provitamin B5: treats and thickens lashes
  • olive esters: conditions, treats and protects lashes
  • carnauba wax: ensures a smooth application    $16.00   Available @ Drugstore.com

Makeup Addict noticed that a friend's eyes looked particularly nice and when I commented she said she has starting using a product she absolutely loves - tarte bottoms up.  She explained that it is a mascara designed for the Lower Lashes and she finds it much easier to use for the lower lashes than regular mascara.  She thinks she is better able to apply the mascara and that she gets a much better look when she uses the tarte bottoms up.  I am not going to argue either way -- except to say that her eyes looked better than usual and they usually look very nice.  So this is another product we need to get our hands on.
